We offer a 'business in a box' solutions, that enable and empower our licensees to set up a business, recruit, establish supply chains and manufacturing. The solutions include full technical documentation, processes and procedures for complete businesses.

The greater part of our business is involved in helping companies grow and flourish, by harnessing the skills already present within their organisations.

We've spent many years working with an often misunderstood and overlooked field 'soft knowledge' within companies, that's undocumented processes and procedures, normally what would have been learned during apprenticeships and has generally been accepted as, a company's working culture' or 'the correct, way that we do things '.
The growing problem companies encounter is that an aging workforce is retiring and the deep soft knowledge leaves the company without being fully documented and captured for use.

As an international organisation, we've been particularly interested in how 'best practises' can be taken around the world and how national cultures affect uptake and maximisation of these 'best practises'.
